SENTRA has integrated over 2,500 retailers and websites, covering a total of 12 channel types. We increased our integrated brands’ momentum and created numerous visibilities for our target audiences. SENTRA has been managing 3C channels as well as Audio channels for more than 10 years. Our honest commitment and our long history developed into the strong, faithful relationships we have today with our retailers.
Consumer Service Centers – Enhance Reseller Satisfaction
SENTRA’s Consumer Service Center cater to our clients and also offer direct services to our customers. Our service center provides “On-Site Repair” as well as other numerous services. Through our professional and technical service center, we built a vast consumer relationship management database.

SENTRA’s Marketing Department is separated into three divisions: Public Relations, Digital Marketing, and Channel Marketing. To build a high reputation, we are always actively brainstorming various marketing strategies to have a more effective and transparent approach for our target audience. Furthermore, our Channel Marketing division cooperates with our channel by hosting retailer activation to create awareness and strengthen engagement.
